DIVERSITY AWARD MIX-UP - BLACK MAN TAKES PRIZE MEANT FOR RADICAL FEMINIST

A Black man who thought he had as much right to a diversity award as a radical feminist has inexplicably been arrested by Los Angeles police. 

The mix-up came at the Oscars, an awards ceremony held annually in Hollywood, California, that once used to celebrate cinematic talent, but which now mainly awards prizes for things like being Black, gay, lesbian, , having sex with a fish, disabled, transgender, etc., etc. 

Terry Bryant, a 47-year-old Black man, who likes to LARP as an “A-list entertainment journalist,” seized the award, a small gold-plated statuette, which was intended for Frances McDormand, an ugly woman who is a radical feminist.

McDormand had sealed her radical feminist status at the awards ceremony by promoting the idea of the "inclusion rider," a contractural device that "moral signalling" movie stars can use to force movie production companies to sack skilled White men in favour of less adept women or non-Whites. McDormand is married to movie director Joel Coen, who is Jewish, a group that appears to be exempt from any such diversity drives. 

"But why should a feminist win a diversity award when there is a perfectly good Black man in the room?" That seemed to be the thought behind Bryant's impulsive decision to stage his very own "inclusion rider" by seizing the statuette at an unguarded moment. 

Unfortunately for Bryant the authorities disagreed, and he was detained near an exit, after posting film of himself posing with the diversity award on social media. 

He was charged with one felony count of grand theft and could face a maximum sentence of three years in county jail if convicted. Way to promote diversity Hollywood by criminalising an innocent Black man!
