MUSLIM-DRIVEN TAXI INJURES EIGHT IN MOSCOW

A taxi, driven by a 28-year-old man from the predominantly Muslim republic of Kyrgyzstan, suddenly speeded up and drove into pedestrians in Moscow, injuring eight, none of them seriously.

Most of those hurt appear to have been Mexican football fans.

As reported by the BBC:
At least eight pedestrians, including some Mexican World Cup fans, were injured after a taxi mounted a crowded pavement in central Moscow.

CCTV footage posted on social media showed the car veer out of a queue of stationary traffic and accelerate into pedestrians before coming to a halt.

The driver then fled, pursued by several passers-by.

There are two narratives at present, namely that it may have been a jihadi terror attack or it was a crazy kind of accident. One Russian report suggested that the driver had fallen asleep at the wheel.

Whichever of these narratives turns out to be true, it seems that both are connected to the "Religion of Peace." This is because we are currently in the middle of the Muslim month of Ramadan, when Muslims are not allowed to eat or even drink during daylight hours.

Because of this Muslims may suddenly become accident prone. For example, this Muslim driver, weakened by fasting, might have collapsed on the steering wheel and put his foot down at the same time, causing his car to accelerate, swerve, and hit random pedestrians.

Also, during the month of Ramadan, Muslims are encouraged to abstain from sex and masturbation. This can also cause erratic behaviour among Muslim men, especially when they are confronted with scantily-clad or attractive women.

As most of the Mexican fans involved in this incident were women, none of whom would be wearing burkas or hijabs, this cannot be entirely discounted.

Typical Mexican football fan after several days of Ramadan.
