AFTER PAYOUT TO MUSLIMS, SPLC ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK

Following close on the heels of Jared Taylor's increasingly successful legal fight against Twitter, there is now a growing possibility of hate organisations like the ADL and the SPLC being sued for millions for smearing and defaming perfectly legitimate organisations and nice people.

As reported by the Conservative Christian site PJ Media:

No fewer than 60 organizations branded "hate groups" or otherwise attacked by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) are considering legal action against the left-wing smear factory, a Christian legal nonprofit leader confirmed to PJ Media on Tuesday. He suggested that the $3 million settlement and apology the SPLC gave to Maajid Nawaz and his Quiliam Foundation on Monday would encourage further legal action.

"We haven't filed anything against the SPLC, but I think a number of organizations have been considering filing lawsuits against the SPLC, because they have been doing to a lot of organizations exactly what they did to Maajid Nawaz that's part of the settlement," Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, told PJ Media on Tuesday.

Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit against the charity navigation organization GuideStar for defamation, after GuideStar adopted the SPLC's "hate group" list. That lawsuit is ongoing.

The SPLC has routinely mislabelled conservative and dissident right-wing organisations as "racist," "misogynist," "anti-Semitic," "supremacist," etc., and falsely accused them of promoting "hatred" and "violence," merely on the basis that they exercised freedom of speech and expressed ideas that were not approved of by the SJW left.

By mischaracterising right-wing thought as "hatred," the SPLC has been guilty of hatred itself. But worse than that, the largely Jewish-funded organisation has crossed the line into illegal acts of defamation, libel, and causing financial and other distress to countless people and organisations. This could lay it open to legal challenges costing it hundreds of millions of dollars.

Among the 60 organisations preparing to mount a civil action against the SPLC, are the Family Research Council (FRC), the Ruth Institute, and Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF). Their supposed "hate crime" in the eyes of the SPLC? Merely standing for marriage between men and women.

Broke: "Hate map"/ Woke: "Legal damages map"
