FAKE NEWS: RUSSIA TODAY STIRS THE SHIT BY LABELLING SARGON AND DANKULA "ALT-RIGHT"

Russian propaganda broadcaster Russia Today has revealed its agenda once again by mislabelling three important YouTube figures "Alt-Right."

This was done for the same reason that RT once gave people like Richard Spencer a platform and today supports Black Lives Matter -- namely to stir the shit and spread division and polarisation throughout the West.

The article titled "COUNT DANKULA AND BRITISH ALT-RIGHTERS 'JOIN UKIP' IN ORDER TO SPITE ANTI-RACIST CAMPAIGNERS" was clearly designed to support a false dichotomy, and lump people into two equal-sized camps that could then squabble endlessly for Russia's long-term benefit.

The actual Alt-Right is now rather small and shrinking, as well as being weakened by deplatforming issues. RT knows this but made a clear tactical decision to lump in a libertarian like Sargon, an anarchist like Dankula, and a civic nationalist like Paul Joseph Watson with Nazitards like Andrew Anglin and Mike Enoch. The purpose is simple -- to keep the pot boiling.

As the article stated:
A number of prominent alt-right figures and YouTube comedians claim to have joined British political party UKIP, ostensibly to spite anti-racist campaigners who succeeded in getting them deplatformed. The charge was led by Scottish YouTuber Count Dankula (Mark Meechan), who last Friday tweeted he would join the right-wing Eurosceptic party if he received 10,000 retweets. “I’m not joking, this is not a meme. I’m being completely serious,” he said.

By Saturday, the retweets broke the required ceiling, with the Count immediately starting to post videos in support of UKIP, with a video entitled “UKIP Needs You.”

Other online figures, including many from the so-called ‘alt-right,’ have apparently followed suit, including an editor at conspiracy news site InfoWars, Paul Joseph Watson, and YouTuber Carl Benjamin, more commonly known by his alias, Sargon of Akkad.

The move has delighted some members of the party, who have seen their support tank since the UK opted to leave the EU in 2016. Their standing was worsened by a series of leadership changes that has thrown the party into disarray.
RT persisted in labelling Sargon, Paul Jospeh Watson, and Dankula "Alt-Right" even though (a) their views are totally different from the Alt-Right, (b) they deny they are "Alt-Right", and (c) the Alt-Right deny they are Alt-Right. In fact it is harder to think of a lower standard of journalism than this.

Yes, they also mentioned the "Nazi pug" case completely out of context:
"[Dankula], who denies being part of the alt-right, shot to public notoriety earlier this year after training and filming his girlfriend’s pug to perform a Nazi salute on command, while using anti-Semitic language relating to the holocaust. In April, he was convicted of being "grossly offensive" under the Communications Act 2003, and fined £800 (US$1053)."
Let this example remind you that while RT is a refreshing change from our globalist Western media, they also have their own agenda and reasons to constantly lie when it suits them.

Trust no other news source that Trad News. All others are highly suspect.
