Canada's reputation for "tolerance," which was already in the shitter, has now been flushed well beyond the U-bend after the sacking of Don Cherry for the following innocuous comment made during Saturday night’s Coach’s Corner segment on the TV show "Hockey Night in Canada":
"Forget it with downtown Toronto, nobody wears the poppy … You people who come here, whatever it is, you love our way of life, you love our milk and honey, at least you can pay a couple bucks for a poppy or something like that. These guys paid for your way of life that you enjoy in Canada, these guys paid the biggest price."
Even if the comment had been actually offensive, tolerance is all about tolerating the intolerable as Stefan Molyneux points out:
"Under what circumstances is tolerance a virtue? Well, tolerance is a virtue when someone is actually acting in an intolerant manner. Like, courage is a virtue like when we face something that requires overcoming fear..."
This is all true but purely academic, as Charry's comments were merely an observation on the undeniable fact that waves of incomers (Toronto is majority non-White Canadian) have little interest in commemorating the sacrifice of Canadians in two world wars fought well before they and their ancestors were even in Canada.
Indeed the only point to criticise in Cherry's comment is that he was a bit stupid to even expect such incomers to care about such things, because this is exactly what racial replacement means. Do White Canadians and Americans care that much about old Red Indian customs? Most don't, and those that do only do so because they have the time and money to LARP -- and LARP badly!

As for Cherry, he was just saying what his audience of old, White, working class, hockey-loving boomers wanted to hear, but, as we know, that particular demographic is now scheduled for eradication in the Brave New World, where Whiteness is seen as something to be "deconstructed." So Cherry had to be electronically gulagged with absolute ruthlessness by the Globalists who run Canada.
Luckily, since his sacking, there has been some good news with a job offer from a truly tolerant country -- Mother Russia!
This is after Cherry spent most of his career criticising the flood of Russian and other Slavic players into Canadian hockey! Now, there's tolerance. Canada isn't even fit to wipe the shit from Russia's shoes when it comes to tolerance!
