The British government has basically admitted that London is no longer an British city by drawing up plans to evacuate the Royal Family in case the Brexit-hating metropolis descends into anarchy on March 29th, the date the UK is scheduled to leave the E.U.

As reported by the Guardian:

British officials have revived cold war emergency plans to relocate the royal family should there be riots in London if Britain suffers a disruptive departure from the European Union, two Sunday newspapers have reported.

“These emergency evacuation plans have been in existence since the cold war but have now been repurposed in the event of civil disorder following a no-deal Brexit,” the Sunday Times said, quoting an unnamed source from the government’s Cabinet Office, which handles sensitive administrative issues.

The Mail on Sunday also said it had learnt of plans to move the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth, to safe locations away from London.

This reveals the great divide between London, which voted 60% against Brexit and the rest of England which voted 60% for it. Overall the UK vote was 52% in favour of Brexit.

But why did London vote so differently from the rest of England, and why is there a very real possibility of the Queen, who is supposed to be the "mother of the nation," being attacked and possibly lynched by her "own" people when Brexit arrives?

To answer this question you merely look at a picture of who the present mayor is:

Or how the city has changed in the last couple of decades:

Yes, the further down the age groups you go, the worse it gets for native British people. Here is Michelle Obama visiting what now passes for a typical London school:

And here's an old White man being helpfully reminded that he should have moved out of London long ago by a group of young Somali-Londoners:

In short, the City is no longer English or even British.

Including the suburbs, White British people are now a minority of around 40%, about the same as the population of non-Whites, with the other 20% being non-British Whites, many of whom are from Eastern Europe. Few of these people give a toss about the Royal Family.

The natural consequence of this rootlessness is that people vote differently, feel differently, and have no special reverence for an old White woman from a German family.

If London blows up, wearing a tiara and waving from the balcony is not going be a winning strategy, which is why the Queen will probably be helicoptered out at the first sign of trouble.

The illustration of QE II shows her with brown eyes; she has blue. You're obviously a bloody American or you'd know better.
