MISSING CAT EPIDEMIC EXPLAINED

 

One reason why some cats go missing is due to a change in ownership. It's easy for the previous owner to see posters on the lost cat or hide them on the nearby area with a photo of the animal, but these animals are not considered "missing cats" until there is no humans or pets caring for or interacting with them. These animals are hard to locate, but once they're found, they need a human that's loving enough to love and take care of them as much as their previous servant.
