AUSTRALIAN MAN FINALLY EVICTED FROM LONDON APARTMENT AFTER FAILING TO PAY RENT FOR 7 YEARS

An Australian man who has been living rent-free in an expensive London apartment for seven years has finally been evicted and arrested by police.

The man's landlord, Ecuadorian president Lenin Moreno, said he called in the authorities because the man was not only behind with his rent but was also causing "inconvenience" for his neighbours. Morena complained that his tenant often stood on the balcony of the central London apartment with a martyred expression on his face and held up reports on human rights violations, scaring passers-by.

The man, 47, claimed that his landlord had evicted him "in violation of international law" and also expressed fears about the free, long-term accommodation that a local official, Home Secretary Sajid Javid, was reportedly preparing for him in a different country, believed to be America.

The average monthly rent of a small flat in the area where the man was staying is around £3,000.

The man is also wanted in Sweden, where he is accused of spending the night with two Swedish women without "chipping in."

Two Swedish women like the ones who have accused
the Aussie man of crashing at their pads.
