PAUL GOLDING CONVICTED OF BEING PART OF A "LOW-CRIMINALITY" ETHNIC GROUP

Golding guilty of being part of a low criminality ethnic group
Apparently not wanting filthy, disgusting police scum going through your personal, private computer files for absolutely no reason is now a "terror offence" in the Orwellian shitstain that is modern-day Britain.

Luckily the fine for being a "terrorist" is still pretty low (£20), although the costs might make your eyes water (£750).

Last October, Britain First leader Paul Golding was arrested at Heathrow Airport. The offence was basically visiting Russia, but because the Orwellian British police state doesn't yet have a law banning that, they demanded access to Golding's electronic devices -- possibly to plant child porn or other incriminating files. When Golding refused, they hit him with "Schedule 7."

This is part of the UK's anti-terrorist laws, which gives police the "right" to search through the data on your computers and electronic devices. Unbelievably, under this crackpot law refusing police passwords and pin numbers to your devices is a terrorist offence. Yes, really!

As reported by the Independent:

Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard that the group were stopped by Metropolitan Police officers under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act.

Golding, 38, refused to give the pin codes for an iPhone and Apple computer and was later charged with wilfully refusing to comply with a duty under the law.

He denied the charge but was found guilty of the offence following a trial on Wednesday (May 20th).

Chief magistrate Emma Arbuthnot ruled there was “no doubt” that Golding had failed to comply with requests for information, despite his obligations being explained to him and being warned “over and over” that if he did not he risked arrest.

She said Golding had been lawfully questioned and that under Schedule 7 there had been no requirement for “reasonable suspicion” for the stop.

He was handed a conditional discharge for nine months and ordered to pay a £21 surcharge and £750 in costs...Representing Golding, Abigail Bright said Britain First had never been a banned organisation and that his devices contained members’ personal details.

So, why was Golding stopped? Is he in anyway a terrorist or likely to be a terrorist? Of course not.

Does anything Britain First promote encourage terrorism? No, they are a Christian anti-immigration party that also opposes tolerance for Islamic terrorism. Yup, they are actually an anti-terrorist group!

So, what was he doing in Russia?

He told officers that he had travelled under the invitation of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), which he described as a “right wing, conservative, patriotic group” who were not “extreme”.

Golding said he had not met any representative of the Russian government, the court heard.

He described Britain First as a “patriotic, right-wing, conservative” group who considered themselves as “loyalist”.

In clips of an audio recording of the interview played in court, Golding said the request for his pin codes was “wildly inappropriate”, “completely unjustified”, represented an “abuse of police powers” and was a “political witch hunt”.

Golding added: “I don't think think you have any grounds to suspect me of terrorism in any way shape or form”.

So, why was he stopped? The Independent lets the cat out of the bag later in the article:

Police powers under Schedule 7 have long generated controversy, amid persistent allegations of discrimination against Muslims.

In 2019, the power was used on 9,540 people - down a fifth on the previous year - and a Home Office report said it had become “more targeted”.

Almost a third identified as Chinese or other, 29 per cent Asian, 26 per cent white, 8 per cent black and 6 per cent mixed-race.

Yes, Golding was charged for one reason, and one reason alone -- to bulk up the numbers of White people subjected to Schedule 7.

With Britain still being nearly 90% White, 26% of Schedule 7 stoppages is way too low! After all, we are all equal, man!

So Golding was subjected to this farce of a trial because large numbers of Chinese, Muslims, Blacks, and Mixed Race people have raised suspicions of terrorism, etc.

That is how absurd present-day Britain is: the more non-Whites engage in crime and terrorism the more Whites they have to arrest as a consequence, merely to "balance the egalitarian books."
