I don't want to blame Christopher Cantwell too much -- as the guy is obviously a bit dim -- but in the terminology popularised by the Alt-Right, it looks like the former YouTuber and Alt-Right bandwagon-rider has just "cucked" hard in the ongoing case-load involving him and other alt-Righters mixed up in last year's "Unite the Right" debacle.

A New Hampshire man charged in connection to a white nationalist march at the University of Virginia last year is entering a plea deal with the commonwealth.
Albemarle Circuit Court was expected Friday, July 20 to only take up a motion to revoke or modify bond for Christopher Charles Cantwell. However, the Radical Agenda radio host decided to entered a plea agreement to two counts of assault and battery.
Cantwell was facing two felony counts of illegal use of tear gas, which stemmed from clashes between white nationalists and those protesting them around the UVA Rotunda on August 11, 2017. Jason Eric Kessler had listed Cantwell as one of the speakers at his Unite the Right rally, which was to take place the next day at then-Emancipation Park.
The bottom line here is that Cantwell, despite being a buffoon, did nothing wrong in Charlottesville. The story of that day is that the police forced attendees of the "Unite the Right" rally into confrontations with violent antifa and then stood down.
Many attendees were forced to defend themselves that day, and generally did so with honour and restraint. At some point Cantwell and those around him were attacked and managed to defend themselves, in Cantwell's case using tear gas, which of course is something that police forces routinely use as a non-violent option.

So, in short, Cantwell's case was not hopeless, and even with a heavily politicised trial like this there was a good chance that he would have been cleared. But instead of fighting his corner, he has been intimidated and cajoled by the prosecution to admit his guilt and beg for mercy like a little girl.

In addition he is also barred from Virginia for the next 5 years, is not is allowed to possess a gun while in Virginia, is not to have contact with the so-called "victims" of the tear gas, and has been fined $250.
Again, I'm not criticising Cantwell. Facing additional prison time is a scary experience even for the hardest of men, which Cantwell clearly isn't. But, really, I think very few juries would have convicted him here. Also, this admission of guilt will probably open him up to civil charges, which ironically might see him end up in jail anyway, or at least financially ruin him, assuming he isn't already.
Admitting guilt where there is clearly none will also have repercussions for other people who are facing civil and criminal charges connected to Charlottesville. This will help the prosecutors in these various cases to characterise Alt-Righters as "the violent party" on that day, and also strengthen the media's narrative that the Alt-Right is a violent and dangerous movement. Needless to say, this will greatly reduce its moral power and effectiveness in standing up for the legitimate interests of White people in America and elsewhere.
But spare a thought for Cantwell himself. Following careful redpilling by members of (((TRS))), the naive Cantwell effectively became a 1488 retard who got off on flashing his guns to a Vice reporter, effectively giving the mainstream media the images they needed to help demonise the Alt-Right. That won't be too easy to live with for the rest of his life, and could well push him back into drink and drug dependency, which is exactly "they" want.

Cantwell's biggest "achievement" as an Alt-Righter was to help the mass media depict the movement as fucktards with guns.
