On a Platonic quest to perfect loathsomeness and become the perfect "Cunt." |
Over the years Bob Geldof has turned loathesomeness into a fine art form. From being an also-ran new-wave pop star in the 1970s celebrating child massacres, he mutated into a dishevelled and foulmouthed pimp for fake charity in the 1980s, and then preceded to drill down into the heart of loathesomeness -- as his family basically committed suicide around him.
His crowning glory was when he confronted a fleet of little boats supporting BREXIT on the Thames and gave them his famous two-fingered "fuck you" salute for daring to vote against what the UK's Metropolitan elites wanted.
Now, Geldof has crawled out from under whatever stone allows him to keep his pristine seedy and deranged appearance to pour his usual bile on people whose turds he isn't even fit to polish.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the One Young World Summit in Bogota, Colombia, Geldof took aim at Aung San Suu Kyi, the leader of Myanmar.
"On this stage are some of the greatest people who have fought for justice and peace and equality in our world," Geldof blubbered, indicating Aung San. "And one of their number in Myanmar insults them - insults them all. Who took the greatest prize that humans can give to another and then becomes one of the great ethnic cleansers of our planet. This is a disgrace."
Ms Suu Kyi has recently overseen humane efforts by her security forces to deal with an outbreak of Islamic inspired terrorism in the North of her country, which Geldof, being the cadaverous little ghoul he is, naturally supports.
Geldof them lambasted the leadership of Russia, China, the United States and other countries around the world.
"I'm sick of these leaders. I'm sick of Putin, I'm sick of Xi Jinping, I'm sick of Trump, I'm sick of Erdogan," he said. "I loathe these people. I despise these people. How dare they behave in the manner they behave. How dare they daily insult us as human beings."
Geldof then scuttled off into his dressing room, like the giant cockroach out of Franz Kafka's "Metamorphosis" where he laid some more eggs and then ate the children who hatched.
